Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 2 week of receiving your order. I will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a refund. I will cover the costs of return shipping for damaged items.
Change of Mind Returns:
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns for change of mind. As my products are handmade and made-to-order, I am unable to accommodate returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
Exchanges:
I do not offer direct exchanges.
Return Process:
If you have received a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact me through the website to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and a description and photo of the damage.
- I will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Package the item securely, including all original accessories and packaging materials.
- Ship the item back to me using a trackable shipping method. I will cover the costs of return shipping for damaged items (standard shipping Australia Post).
- Once I receive the returned item and verify the damage, I will process your refund or send a replacement, as agreed upon.
Refund Process:
Upon approval of the return and verification of the damage, I will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Timeframe:
Please note that return must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note, any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
